Today, our exercise was to reformulate an opening sentence for an essay introduction, using the format: period, topic and controling ideas.

- For decades now, infant mortality has been a global tragedy, but some effective solutions can be put in place to reduce it in developing countries.

Compare the urbanisation process in two contrasting countries. Comparison Paragraph

- In recent years, the urbanization process can be very different from one country to another, so it is legitimate and interesting to make a comparison between two contrasting countries.
