Using e-mail

       I find it very convenient to send e-mails to each other. First of all, because I am young, so I have no problem using computers and as I was born with the Internet, it seems obvious to me and easier to communicate. Secondly, since I'm at university, I have sent a lot of emails to my teachers, the administration and my classmates. It's much more practical when you can't meet the person directly, or when you don't have time to meet him or her to explain a problem or organize something. For example, last year, my university's international relations department couldn't have an appointment with all the students who were all going to different destinations; so they just sent an email to everyone and it was more convenient for everyone. 

I am not even talking about this year, when I am in another country and with another language. It's much easier for me to write e-mails than to go and see people in front of me. In addition, I understand the answers in Spanish much better when I read an email than when I get a face-to-face answer. Finally, I am a rather shy person, and very uncomfortable on the phone, so sometimes it saves me when I can communicate with someone by email, rather than directly on the phone. That for all these reasons, that I find, the use of e-mail very useful and practical in everyday life.
