In this new practice exercise, we had to write a well-structured paragraph on the subject:
"How to stop procrastination ?".
We had to organize our paragraph according to the directional or instructional process.

To stop procrastinating, you need to get organized as far in advance as possible, the key is to write accurate lists of all the tasks you have to do. Today procrastination, which consists in always postponing what we have to do until later, involves many people in different domains such as work, studies, daily life, sport and everything that requires an effort.
Firstly, you have to make lists to help you to see all the things you have to do and especially all the tasks that will happen much faster than you imagine when you prefer to procrastinate. For example, if you are a student and you have homework, make lists with the deadlines you have to do a job and thanks to them you will see how much time you have left to do it.
Secondly, you can also check off on your lists all the things you have already done, thanks to which you will see your progress and it will be satisfying and encourage you to procrastinate less.
Finally, buy a notebook and really write down everything you have to do, the work, the domestic tasks, the sports exercises, the cooking recipes you want to try, etc.... To summarize, these three tips will help you to be much more organized in front of the tasks you have to do and it will encourage you to do things as you go and stop procrastinating.
