As my handwritten text can be difficult to read again, I put below a computer-typed version:

It is important to know that when interview research is allowed in an organization, it can lead to possible ethical issues and risk taking for the organization (M.J. Raimondi, 2015). First, employees interviewed in interviews may complain about the behaviour or decisions of their boss or other employees. This is a risk for the organization accepting the research, as they can show a bad aspect of the organization and damage its reputation. For example, if the organization sells products, its sales may decrease if the responses published in the research are negative. On the other hand, the research can be falsified if the employees interviewed are afraid that their boss will discover their answers, this will lead them to give only positive and unadulterated answers. So, in order for the interview to take place in the best conditions and for the answers to be accurate, the interviewer must respect several methods (A. Blanchet and Gotman, 2010). Among these, it must ensure that interviewers' answers will not be communicated to the boss, why they are conducting this research, guarantee that the answers will be under false names or even be anonymous. Thus, it is obvious that the validity of the survey project depends on the investigator's guarantee and respect for these different points towards the respondent, otherwise the results will not be legitimate.
